Responsibilities: Implement ABA therapy protocols under the supervision of a BCBA Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families Monitor and record client progress, providing data-driven feedback to BCBA's Participate in team meetings and contribute to case conceptualization and treatment planning Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to Move Up ABA's highest standards of care Requirements: Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education preferred 1 year of experience in the field of ABA or a related field Ability to work PART-TIME schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate: $28 - $34 HOURLY Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive team environment with expert supervision A chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families #J-18808-Ljbffr Move Up ABA
