Expanding practice seeks an Intensive Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in Findlay, Ohio!

• Freestanding ambulatory surgery center with 4 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, and multiple procedure rooms — currently running 4–6 rooms daily with growth potential
• Broader system includes a 150-bed hospital with Level III Trauma Center and a 25-bed community hospital
• Precision Surgery Program with four da Vinci® Surgical Robots
• Cerner/Oracle Health EMR, fully integrated with AI-assisted clinical documentation

Compensation:

• Choice of W2 employment or 1099 independent contractor status
• W2 Employment: Guaranteed base salary of $155,000
• $3,500 annual CME and board certification allowance
• Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance
• 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match beginning in year two
• Sick time accrual up to 600 hours
• Stipend offered
• 1099 Independent Contractor option: $110/hour (contractor maintains own malpractice insurance)

Job/Practice Description: Critical Care NP/PA

• Two full-time openings on the intensivist team
• Daytime ICU coverage at the hospital in Findlay, Ohio
• 7-on/7-off schedule, 12-hour daytime shifts
• Collaborative, team-based environment working alongside experienced intensivists and ICU staff

Requirements:

• Current NP or PA certification
• Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in bedside procedures: central venous catheter placement, arterial line insertion, endotracheal intubation, and other critical care procedures within scope
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ICU setting
