Manufacturing Operator

Location: Liberty, SC 29657, USA
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Payrate: $15.25/Hr

About the Role

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Operator. In this role, you will help assemble and test life-saving medical devices used in implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs).

Previous manufacturing experience is not required. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong reliability, a consistent work history, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality and attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, and production activities following established procedures
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Inspect work to ensure product quality and compliance
• Communicate concerns, issues, and improvement ideas to leadership
• Support team production goals and performance metrics
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all company quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working with team members

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and production environment
• Repetitive hand assembly tasks
• Handling of small components and parts
• Standing and/or sitting for extended periods
• Specific work attire and safety equipment required

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow established processes
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
