Assistant Property Manager

Brennan Properties is seeking to hire a full time Assistant Property Manager to work on a 2 person team managing 9 office buildings. Ideal applicant should have at least 2 years of commercial property management experience. Applicant will assist with the day to day operations and coordinating the maintenance of buildings.This position is in the office and not a remote position. Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering phones, voicemail and emails in professional and courteous manner Facilitate tenant work requests with vendors Tenant and vendor relations Collection of mail and incoming rents Assist accounting department with coding invoices Assist with miscellaneous projects Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook Experience with Yardi is an advantage Applicant must have a positive attitude, a good work ethic, and strong verbal and written communication skills.The ability to work in a team environment is essential to success in this role.
