responsibilities:

• Formulate detailed plans to accomplish goals, directing technical activities across horizontal and heavy civil construction projects.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility, while reviewing and approving contracts and cost estimates.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients, applying 360-degree leadership skills to guide diverse cross-functional teams in harmony.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications, procedures, and strategic resource allocation.
