We invite experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team!
QualificationsWe are seeking RNs who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- At least six months of travel nursing experience.
- Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility.
- Receive weekly pay, which includes your stipend.
- Access to comprehensive benefits offered by our organization.
- Contracts are for 14 weeks, with opportunities to extend or transfer to another site.
The Registered Nurse (RN) will employ the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized care to patients. This role involves collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to strategize, execute, and assess patient care. The RN will demonstrate proficiency and operate within the full scope of nursing practice, adhering to age and population-specific standards relevant to their clinical environment. Responsibilities include caring for patients throughout all stages of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up as they navigate the continuum of care. Key duties encompass care planning and coordination, patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions. The RN will function in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and relevant administrative regulations in their state of practice. Our nursing practice is grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as outlined by the American Nurses Association.
QualificationsApplicants must be graduates of an accredited nursing program, such as those recognized by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or the National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.
Candidates must hold an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing in the state where they will practice, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Additionally, they must obtain and maintain the necessary department-specific competencies and certifications.
