LDRP RN - Day Shift (3x12-Hour)We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract position. This role will involve providing exceptional care to patients in various hospital units based on staffing needs, adhering to AWHONN standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one care to patients in labor and a postpartum patient ratio of 1:3.Utilize Epic for charting and documentation of patient care.Float between different units as required while maintaining high standards of patient care.Assist with the recognition and treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns.Perform triage of obstetrical patients and conduct sterile vaginal exams.Administer medications including Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate therapy as needed.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.ScheduleDay shifts (07:00 - 19:00) for 3 consecutive 12-hour days. Weekend coverage required every other weekend.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year experience in LDRP; 2 years preferred.Current BLS and NRP certifications.Experience with Epidural Anesthesia and the use of External Fetal Monitoring.Must possess a valid RN license.Car ownership is required for this assignment.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
