Order Picker / Warehouse Associate

Order Pickers / Warehouse Associates are needed for a busy distribution facility in the Orlando, FL 32824 area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for pay increases and advancement based on performance and skills.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 8:00 AM until work is completed

Pay: $16.00/hour + overtime

Hours: Approximately 40–60 hours per week depending on workload

Job Duties:

• Pick and prepare customer orders
• Lift and move boxes throughout the warehouse
• Verify products are correctly packed
• Apply labels to boxes
• Palletize completed orders
• Move and organize products and boxes
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Perform other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move boxes repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work at a steady pace in a busy warehouse environment
• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is preferred but not required

Important: The shift begins at 8:00 AM and ends when the day’s work is completed. Hours vary based on order volume. Some weeks may be approximately 40 hours, while busy weeks may reach 50–60 hours.
