Foundry Production Supervisor

Charter Aarrowcast is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead foundry operations in our Shawano, WI facility. You will oversee a team producing gray and ductile iron castings, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities include managing shift staffing, troubleshooting process issues, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining 5S standards. You’ll collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering while coaching team members to build technical skills in a modern, growth-oriented foundry environment within the Charter Manufacturing family.
