Platform Engineer

Job Location - Charlotte NC (Day One Onsite - Hybrid)

About The Role

• Experience to define and deliver how engineering teams consume platform capabilities through intuitive self service developer workflows.
• This role will own the architecture design and implementation of developer facing platform experiences enabling teams to onboard build deploy and operate applications efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect developer workflows self service capabilities and platform integration patterns
• Design develop test and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Python
• Build scalable backend services using frameworks such as Fast API Flask or Django REST Framework
• Define how developers consume CICD automation infrastructure and platform services
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions
• Drive end to end delivery from architecture and design through implementation and adoption
• Develop reference architectures reusable patterns APIs and automation frameworks
• Guide engineering teams on best practices and promote platform adoption across the organization
• Create technical documentation and conduct enablement sessions workshops and office hours

For this role, the gross annual base salary range is $103330 to $128656 for a full-time position. This range covers base pay only; we will discuss any bonuses, incentives, and benefits during the hiring process.
