Pay: $25-$35 Per Hour + Uncapped Commission

Your Day-to-Day

• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine the best course of action
• Inspect systems and identify repair, replacement, and upgrade opportunities
• Explain findings clearly and professionally to customers
• Prepare accurate estimates for recommended services
• Present plumbing solutions that meet customer needs and expectations
• Perform plumbing service work as needed
• Maintain detailed customer records and job documentation
• Deliver exceptional service on every appointment

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
• Experience with residential plumbing required; commercial experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to explain plumbing issues and solutions in a customer-friendly way
• Confidence presenting options and closing service opportunities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Plumbing certifications such as ITCP are a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation Package

• $25-$35 per hour based on experience
