Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.Location: Pasadena, TXUnit Type: Operating RoomNumber of Beds: 10Number of Staff: 54Patient Ratios: 1:1Type of Equipment: Multi-specialtyEMR System: Meditech converting to ExpanseTypical Procedures Performed:Open/Laparoscopic/Robotic general cases (e.g., appendectomies, cholecystectomies, and certain bariatric surgeries)Robotic orthopedic surgeriesTotal knee and hip replacements; trauma orthopedic surgeriesLaparoscopic/robotic hysterectomies; tubal ligations; and emergent interventionsQualifications:Required:Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experienceExperience in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, and GynecologyPreferred:Experience in ENT and Vascular surgeries (non-cardiac)Pediatric experienceEducation:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferredPersonal Attributes:The ideal candidate will be a team player who is proactive, demonstrates strong initiative, and is committed to maintaining an efficient workflow while providing exceptional patient care.Work Schedule:Weekend availability is necessary, with on-call duties required both weekly and one weekend each month.Dress Code:Scrub color/attire: Cobalt BlueClient Details Address 4000 Spencer Highway State TX Zip Code 77504
