Commercial Driver's License (CDL) CLASS-A TRUCK DRIVER
Operates a Class A tractor/flatbed trailer combination unit and delivers material from our distribution center to customer locations by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform pre-trip inspection
- Check and secure load prior to leaving yard
- Deliver material to customers
- Assist customers in unloading and identifying materials
- Document delivery paperwork
- Return unwanted material to yard
- Perform post-trip inspection
- Operate forklift
- Maintain clean, safe, work environment and equipment
- Miscellaneous projects as assigned
- Foster positive relationships with customers and company stakeholders
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: Two years of multi-stop flatbed experience preferred, but not required. Individual must meet or exceed DOT medical requirements. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CDL Class-A with a clean driving record reflecting adherence to DOT regulations and traffic laws. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions, fumes or airborne particles and vibration.
