General Ultrasound Technologist

Location: New Hampshire

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 12-hour nights from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Job Description: The General Ultrasound Technologist will perform a range of diagnostic ultrasound procedures across all age groups, ensuring quality imaging and patient safety. The role requires collaboration with healthcare team members and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality ultrasound images for diagnostic interpretation.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Document patient information and ultrasound findings accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of General Ultrasound experience.
• Experience with all age groups is required.
• Active ARDMS Certification.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• New Hampshire Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License or equivalent from New Mexico, Oregon, or North Dakota.
• Traveler must have their own vehicle.
