Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) | Alaska Employment Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Salary: $115,000-$1200,000 per year, plus full benefits Position Overview The LCSW will provide remote clinical social work services to clients across Alaska. The position includes psychotherapy, psychosocial assessment, case follow-up, and coordination with healthcare or community resources when additional support is needed. This role requires sound clinical judgment, strong communication, and the ability to manage client cases independently in a telehealth setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled telehealth sessions with clients Complete psychosocial assessments and review relevant client history Provide psychotherapy within the LCSW scope of practice Identify social, environmental, or practical factors that may affect care Assist clients with referrals and access to additional resources Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation Protect client confidentiality and follow Alaska LCSW practice requirements Master's degree in Social Work or a related field. Active LCSW license in Alaska. Experience with clinical assessments and personalized treatment planning. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
