Shift: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM

Schedule: Full-time positions available. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

As a Server, you'll help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by:

• Providing restaurant-style meal service with exceptional hospitality
• Building relationships with residents while delivering friendly, attentive service
• Taking meal orders and accommodating resident preferences and dietary requests
• Assisting with meal setup, beverage service, and table service
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
• Working closely with the culinary team to ensure an outstanding dining experience
• Supporting special events, celebrations, and community dining programs

Qualifications

We're looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy serving others.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, country club, hotel, or senior living dining experience is a plusbut we're happy to train the right person
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference
