Phlebotomist

Overview Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Dunn, NC ! This is a 2 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment. Location: Dunn, NC 28334 Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hours per Week: 32 hours Start Date: ASAP Pay Highlights: $19-22/hour (Based on years of experience) Key Responsibilities: Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, forensic, and clinical specimen collections Accurately label specimens in the presence of the patient and obtain patient signature post-venipuncture Verify patient demographics and specimen information before processing Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established protocols Maintain required records, documentation, and logs Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment Demonstrate leadership behaviors and organizational commitment Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
