Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind growing our customer base. You will utilize your networking skills, lead-generation tools, and excellent communication to consult with prospects, identify their insurance needs, and tailor comprehensive coverage solutions (Property & Casualty / Life).

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Drive Growth: Actively prospect, cross-sell, and generate new business leads for home, auto, life, and commercial insurance.

• Consult & Educate: Conduct comprehensive reviews of client needs to recommend the right coverage limits and policies.

• Build Relationships: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure high retention and referral rates.

• Meet Goals: Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics with a self-motivated drive.

• Licensed Professional: Must possess an active Property & Casualty (P&C)
