Description

American Traveler is hiring a night shift MRI Technologist with Level 1 Trauma experience and ARRT MR certification for a hospital-based imaging role.

Details

• Hospital-based MRI department at a Level 1 Trauma facility
• Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts, Wednesday-Friday 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• No call requirements
• Uses Epic EMR and PACS/Philips imaging equipment
• May be required to float to other qualified units or campuses per facility need

Requirements

• ARRT MR certification required (must have MRI listed)
• BLS certification required
• State license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Proficiency in abdomen/pelvis, head and neck, spine, chest, musculoskeletal, and special imaging procedures
• Experience with contrast media preparation/administration and peripheral IV starts preferred
• Cardiovascular MRI skills preferred (MR Aortogram, MR Cardiac with/without contrast)

Additional Information

• Perform MRI studies across abdominal, neurological, musculoskeletal, spinal, and cardiovascular imaging
• Hunter Green scrubs required
• Weekly orientation held every Monday with annual compliance training
• First-time travelers will be considered based on experience
