Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy programs tailored to each client’s needs through comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief treatment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, further enhancing recovery outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and therapy techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will provide care for a diverse patient population facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines governing counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
