Door & Hardware Project Manager (JN -072026-425782) Sacramento, California Salary: USD85,000 - USD105,000 per year Job Title: Door & Hardware Project Manager Location: Sacramento, CA Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time Pay Range: $85,000–$105,000 DOE Key Responsibilities Manage commercial door, frame, and hardware projects from start to finish Review architectural drawings, specifications, door schedules, and project documents Interpret floor plans, door handing, hardware requirements, wall types, and opening details Coordinate with general contractors, manufacturers, vendors, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Track project schedules, material deliveries, and installation timelines Monitor project budgets and maintain accurate project records Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining strong customer relationships Manage multiple active projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project milestones Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations Qualifications Experience managing commercial door, frame, and hardware projects is required Strong understanding of commercial doors, architectural hardware, and construction documents Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, door schedules, and floor plans Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and manufacturers Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced construction environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Experience with industry software such as Comsense, AVAware, AVAProject, PRO-TECH, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar systems is highly preferred AutoCAD experience is a plus Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr Ultimate Staffing Services
