At Quality Service Company , we're looking for a Commercial Maintenance Sales Professional to develop new commercial relationships and grow our maintenance agreement business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prospect and develop new commercial maintenance opportunities

• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, and other commercial decision-makers

• Identify HVAC maintenance and service needs within commercial facilities

• Perform site visits and gather information needed to develop maintenance proposals

• Prepare and present commercial maintenance agreements

• Educate customers on preventative maintenance programs and service options

• Follow up on proposals and opportunities to close new business

• Develop relationships that lead to recurring maintenance, service, and replacement opportunities

• Maintain consistent communication with existing commercial customers

• Coordinate with service, operations, and dispatch teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service

• Maintain an organized pipeline and follow-up process

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales ability with a focus on developing new business

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Comfortable prospecting and opening doors with new commercial customers

• Ability to communicate professionally with business owners, property managers, and facility personnel

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency

• Organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts and opportunities

• Ability to develop long-term relationships rather than focusing only on one-time transactions

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Commercial HVAC, mechanical, facility services, or B2B sales experience preferred
