Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting • Manage month-end and year-end close processes • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts • Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and regulatory requirements • Coordinate audit activities and support external reporting requirements • Supervise and mentor accounting staff

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis • Nonprofit accounting experience preferred • Advanced proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
