Regional Vice President of Operations

We are looking for a motivated performer to join our Management Team as a Regional Vice President of Operations for Region 10 ! This person must have a strong history of excellent operational standards within the long-term care industry. DRIVEN BY EXPERTISE, GUIDED BY COMPASSION. Qualifications: Current Texas Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) license required. Prior multi-site or regional leadership experience in skilled nursing/long-term care required. Proven track record of driving operational, financial, and census performance across multiple communities. Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations and compliance requirements for skilled nursing facilities.
