About the Role The Product Marketing Specialist owns how PerfectVision's solutions show up in the market — and helps expand their reach across the telecommunications infrastructure industry. Based on-site at our Little Rock, AR corporate office, you'll become an expert on our products, our customers, and our industry, then turn that knowledge into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market programs that make our value unmistakable and drive sales. It's a hands-on role for a marketer who is equally creative and analytical. What You'll Do Study our products and translate technical details into clear customer benefits Develop and execute product marketing plans — positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy Partner with product management and sales to define target audiences and build marketing collateral and sales enablement tools Coordinate product launches across channels, from landing pages to ad campaigns Follow market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to refine value propositions and inform pricing and packaging Support our e-commerce and online product presence Test product features, releases, and ad copy, and evaluate results against clear KPIs Manage campaigns and present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders What You Bring Proven experience in product marketing or a similar role, ideally for technology or telecommunications offerings A strong grasp of go-to-market fundamentals: positioning, messaging, and launch planning Market research and analysis skills — comfortable interpreting data and reading the competitive landscape Excellent writing and communication skills, able to make technical topics clear for any audience Working knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (Salesforce a plus) Creativity, a keen eye for detail, and the organization to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience Bonus: a background in design or copywriting, and experience in wireless/broadband infrastructure or SaaS Our Commitment Beyond the work, we're building something greater.
