Part-time Medical Receptionist - Belvidere and Stanhope, NJ

Day in the Life of a Medical Receptionist Responsible for providing excellent customer service when checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations. Maintain a friendly, professional attitude toward patients and offer a “white glove” experience. Provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process. Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed. Maintain daily financial records and reports. Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes. Provide clerical and logistical support. Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities. Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment preferred. Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred. Lived addiction experience is a plus. Schedule and Travel Monday (Belvidere): 8:30 am–2:30 pm Wednesday (Stanhope): 9:30 am–2:30 pm Thursday (Belvidere): 11:30 am–5:30 pm Sunday (Stanhope): 9:00 am–1:00 pm Position Benefits Have a daily impact on many lives.
