Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of daily team activities and objectives.
• Assist team members in maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
• Develop leadership and team-management skills through hands-on training.
• Participate in in-person marketing, promotional, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Help organize assignments, priorities, and daily operations.

• Assist with onboarding and training new team members as responsibilities increase.
• Monitor progress toward team goals and help identify opportunities for improvement.
