The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and be comfortable handling phone calls, inquiries, deliveries, and general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Greet visitors and assist clients and families arriving at the office.
- Direct calls and in-person inquiries to the appropriate person, office, or resource.
- Handle and resolve customer questions or complaints professionally.
- Follow up on customer inquiries as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail using the postage machine.
- Keep the playroom tidy when it is used.
- Prepare and process closure letters.
- Perform case filing and maintain organized records.
- Access and complete forms using the shared drive.
- Assist with employee interviews and related administrative activities.
- Receive supply deliveries and organize items in the supply room.
- Maintain and restock the Blue Book.
- Deliver faxes at the end of the day.
- Replenish copier paper at the end of the day.
- Empty recycling boxes every Tuesday and Friday.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle phone calls and in-person inquiries effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle administrative records.
- Comfortable working in a busy office environment.
- Basic computer and office equipment skills.
