We focus on connecting distressed homeowners, who may face challenges like foreclosure, inherited property, or relocation, with investors who can offer solutions. Responsibilities:

• Google Business Profiles: Sets up, optimizes and posts updates to clients' GBPs
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta descriptions, title tags, header tags, and website content for targeted keywords.
• Technical SEO: Analyze website structure, site speed, and technical issues impacting search engine crawling and indexing, proposing solutions to address technical SEO concerns.
• Content: Produce content suitable for clients websites, including: blog content, FAQs & service pages
• Analytics Monitoring: Regularly analyze website traffic data using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console to identify trends, measure SEO performance, and optimize accordingly
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor sites to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of the industry.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in SEO.
• Experience with Wordpress, being able to perform on-site optimizations
• Well organized & able to operate with very little supervision.
• Experience working in a project management tool to complete projects & keep other team members apprised of progress.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent written & spoken English - all company communication
