Inventory Manager

Pay Rate: $25$29 per hour, depending on experience Work Environment: Primarily on-site at the warehouse/logistics center

We are seeking an active, energetic, and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee daily inventory and receiving activities. This position requires someone who is comfortable working on the warehouse floor, confirming shipments, reviewing documentation, and monitoring inventory movement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving and inventory management processes.
• Confirm incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Review packing slips, receiving records, and shipment documentation.
• Track inventory movements in and out of the warehouse.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and receiving logs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Learn and understand the full warehouse inventory process.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Ensure inventory procedures are followed consistently.

Requirements:

• Previous inventory, warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable spending most of the workday on-site in a warehouse environment.
• Active, energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to take initiative.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar inventory/ERP system is a strong plus.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $29.00 Per Hour
