Requisition/Inventory/Materials Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Requisition/Inventory/Materials Technician to join our IT&E program team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for submitting requisitions/procurement requests for aerospace engineering components and supplies. Your duties will include generation of component and instrument requests under Engineering direction and providing periodic status. Tasks will also include monitoring lead time, working with buyers to expedite long lead items, and identifying late shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate requisitions/procurement requests
• Track approvals, order placement, and receipt of goods
• Maintain status metrics and resolution of build shortages
• Follow on duties could include build and integration schedule monitoring and instrument property management

Required Experience:

• Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in Requisition / Inventory Management or a related field.
• Candidate must have 2+ years of experience with Purchasing.
• Candidate must have 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
• Excellent manual and clerical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Location: Orlando, FL - MFC

Level: Level 1: BS+0-2 YRS

Pay Rate: $24.95 Hourly OT40

Security Clearance: Ability to Obtain

Security Clearance Comments: Candidate must have the ability to obtain Secret clearance. Clearance not required to start.
