Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Maintain floor care cleanliness standards and the operation of cleaning equipment. Maintain all store cleanliness standards for Sales Floor, Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms. Adhere to company policies on Health and Safety, including refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End. Cross-train in other store areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.). Support Front End coverage needs and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards. Participate in store recovery and uphold operational and loss prevention controls, including shrink reduction. Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates. Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures, including meal and break policies for associates. Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Who We're Looking For Excellent customer service skills. Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor equipment. Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Team-oriented with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience preferred.
