The Dietary Aide will be a competent Support Services employee who is responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies in the Food & Nutrition Department. This role will provide excellent customer service to all patients and employees.

What you will do in this role:

• Assist with food preparations and ensure that the meals adhere to an individual's specific diet plans
• Strictly follow sanitation standards and hygiene procedures to guarantee the safety and quality of the service
• Perform routine tasks related to clean up and sanitation of kitchen, dining or serving areas
• Prepare, serve and store food in accordance with facility policies
• Utilize service methods and food handling techniques to ensure quality

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Degree / Equivalent preferred
• 1 year of food handling experience preferred
• Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate within 90 days of hire

TriStar Summit is a 230+ bed comprehensive facility. We serve Davidson, Wilson and surrounding counties. We include a Level III Trauma Center. We offer a full array of acute care services. These include cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation and women's services. We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. We are a Primary Stroke Center. TriStar Summit is a leading provider of emergency heart and stroke care.
