Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining the property's appearance, functionality, and resident satisfaction by: Completing maintenance service requests in occupied apartment homes Performing preventative maintenance and property inspections Preparing vacant apartments for new residents Maintaining community grounds, common areas, and amenities Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and other building systems Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and team members Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail and time‑management abilities Ability to work independently and take initiative Basic computer skills Strong communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Preferred Qualifications Apartment, multifamily, or property maintenance experience Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, or general repairs Experience with groundskeeping and property upkeep Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $20+ per hour depending on experience Monthly performance bonus program Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick leave Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunities for growth and advancement Join a company that values teamwork, professional development, and delivering exceptional service.
