Heated and air conditioned shop Built in tool boxes and work benches provided ASE testing costs covered, in-house Lexus training and certification provided What You'll Bring: Automotive Technicians of ALL LEVELS welcomed! 2+ years of experience in a dealership or private repair shop Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications Diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems and tools Proficiency in engine and transmission repair and maintenance, electrical and drivability diagnostics Independently perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence What You'll Do: Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools Total Rewards This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
