The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee operational management and strategic planning across multiple venue types including restaurants, event centers, resorts, and bars. Leading a large team of 20+ staff, this role focuses on enhancing customer experience, staff training, brand development, and effective cost and inventory control. The manager will also play a moderate role in event coordination, ensuring seamless service delivery and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and control costs to optimize profitability
• Supervise and train a large team of food and beverage staff
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and coordinate supplies
• Plan and develop menus aligned with brand standards
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with food safety regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve conflicts promptly
• Manage budgeting and financial reporting for the food and beverage department
• Coordinate events with moderate involvement ensuring smooth execution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage management

• Experience with food safety management and inventory control
• Proven budgeting and financial management skills
• Strong customer service and team leadership abilities
