Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN
Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation
Whitinsville, MA
$35–$40/hour

We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their schedule while helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, coordination, balance, and functional mobility
• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Monitor resident progress and communicate treatment updates to the therapy team
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
