The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record of success in the automotive industry. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the dealership Listen to customers' concerns and accurately diagnose their vehicle's issues Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service Work closely with the service team to ensure that repairs are completed on time and within budget Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and dealership management systems Valid driver's license Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-term disability, AD&D and Life Insurance Paid Time Off and 401k with Company match Paid training and real career growth Competitive compensation package Employee discounts on Vehicle Purchase, Parts, Service and More!
