Medi-Cal Conlan Customer Support Supervisor

Job Description

Job Description:

This role requires a leader who can manage stringent service level agreements (SLAs), partner with the client to problem-solve and innovate, support and understand the team processes and dynamics, and engage with the larger Medi-Cal leadership team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
Minimum of six years of customer service experience and two years of leadership experience.
Experience working with organizational functions and personnel.
Experience working with customer relationship management tools, computer software, and telephone technology.
