• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery and functional improvement
• Provide direct patient care in a supportive, encouraging manner while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs to promote long-term wellness
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care
• Monitor patient progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient response
• Manage multiple patient assignments simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality of care and attention to detail
• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by staying current with emerging therapeutic practices and innovations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA-approved Doctor of Physical Therapy curriculum
• Current state Physical Therapy license for the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with proficiency in multitasking
• Demonstrated ability to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health record systems
• Outgoing, energetic personality with genuine passion for patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for diverse patient populations
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity required for hands-on patient treatment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sports medicine, orthopedics, or acute care settings
• Knowledge of advanced therapeutic modalities and equipment
• Experience with outcome measurement tools and data analysis
• Certification or specialization in a specific area of physical therapy
