Job Summary Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to a staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations, and operating equipment. As an Omni Experience Ambassador, you will also support all digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list. Utilize a handheld RF scanner to pick orders, verify merchandise, and update system data. Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area and package orders according to standard operating procedures. Communicate inventory problems, expired or short‑dated items, and replenishment needs to the club team. Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity and key performance indicator (KPI) targets. Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club. Maintain a clean, organized SFC area and perform general housekeeping duties. Handle damaged goods, spoiled products, and returns in accordance with standard operating procedures. Adhere to all club policies, procedures, dress code, and safety standards. Maintain full attendance and meet OMNI productivity expectations, service level agreements, and performance metrics. Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed. Qualifications Previous order pulling experience preferred. Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred. Previous RF scanner experience preferred. Job Conditions Most of the time is spent moving continuously on hard surfaces. The role requires frequent bending, climbing, crawling, reaching, and stooping. Lifting up to 30 pounds is common; occasionally you may need assistance to lift heavier items. Work is performed in a comfortable environment with machinery and loud equipment, possibly exposure to temperature extremes and cleaning agents. Compensation In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, the compensation range for this position is $18.25 – $21.90 per hour, depending on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
