Consistent, steady hours What You’ll Do As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support and supervision, including: Assisting with daily routines and evening schedule Providing companionship and positive engagement Supporting community activities and outings (as applicable) Meal prep assistance and light household support Promoting independence, safety, and personal goals Assisting with hygiene reminders and personal care (as needed) Documenting daily notes and reporting changes to the supervisor Following individualized support plans and maintaining professionalism What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Patient, calm, and respectful Comfortable working with an older individual Able to maintain structure and routine Strong communicator with families and supervisors Committed to providing high-quality care Requirements Must be 18+ Valid driver’s license (preferred) Ability to pass background checks DSP experience is a plus (but not required—we can train the right person) Must be able to work the full scheduled shift consistently Why Work With Us Stable weekday schedule Supportive team and leadership Opportunity for long-term placement Meaningful work with real impact Training and onboarding provided #J-18808-Ljbffr Ameriwell Care
