Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Provide therapeutic services across individual, group, and family modalities, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to address mental health concerns effectively. \n
- Collaborate closely with case management staff, psychiatrists, and other health care providers to ensure a unified and client-centered approach to treatment, including medication management and support resources. \n
- Respond to crisis situations by implementing appropriate interventions and providing immediate support to clients in acute distress, demonstrating adeptness in crisis management. \n
- Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at reducing stigma surrounding mental health and educating the public on available services, with a focus on integration within the local community. \n
Our therapists work with a diverse client population, including individuals across various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. - Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A completed master's degree or doctorate in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary. \n
