Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team in Buckhead, GA. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels for our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies

- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or ordering as needed

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory

- Create and maintain inventory reports to track usage, trends, and discrepancies

- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures

- Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and plan for upcoming projects

- Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile with system records

- Identify and resolve any inventory-related issues or challenges

- Train and supervise other team members on inventory procedures and best practices

- Continuously look for ways to improve inventory processes and increase efficiency

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

- Knowledge of safety and security procedures related to inventory management
