Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all telephone inquiries Performing necessary research to resolve customer inquiries Ensuring effective customer relations by responding accurately and timely to inquiries Documenting all customer interactions and inquiries accurately Initiating minor clerical adjustments or processing provider requests as needed Coordinating with other departments to resolve problems and special projects Providing feedback and recommendations to management regarding customer needs Maintaining accurate records of complaints and suggestions Following up on complaints until resolved or reporting to management as required Identifying and reporting suspected fraudulent activities and system errors This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Are bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Possess excellent verbal communication, human relations, and organizational skills Can handle high-stress situations and demonstrate good judgment Have strong customer service skills and basic computer operating abilities Can learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently Are comfortable working onsite in a typical office environment Are a local candidate seeking a full‑time opportunity Benefits: Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work‑related resources.
