At Hitachi Energy, you'll be empowered to make a real impact while growing your technical expertise in a collaborative and innovative environment that values safety, integrity, and continuous learning.How You'll Make an Impact* Create and maintain quality inspection plans for raw materials and finished products.* Conduct inspections and testing to verify compliance with quality and safety standards.* Review and approve finished products prior to shipment release.* Develop, update, and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.* Ensure testing and inspection equipment is properly calibrated and functioning effectively.* Identify quality concerns and escalate anomalies through established quality alert processes.* Partner with production teams to ensure adherence to operating procedures and production schedules.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Your Background* Associate degree, diploma, or equivalent education in Electrical/Electronic Technology, Industrial Electrical Testing, or a related technical field.* Experience in a manufacturing environment as a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or similar quality-focused role.* Working knowledge of quality systems, ISO 9000 concepts, and quality control methodologies.* Ability to read and interpret technical documents, electrical schematics, and 2D drawings.* Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills with attention to detail.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SAP ERP or a similar enterprise system. #J-18808-Ljbffr
