ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking manager trainees to operate a busy Domino’s Pizza store. No experience is required; we provide full training. The role requires strong customer service, a hard worker, and availability for all hours, including nights and weekends. ADVANCEMENT Many team members start as delivery drivers and progress to management, franchise ownership, or corporate operations. Multiple advancement opportunities exist. QUALIFICATIONS Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility once a day. Training: Orientation and training provided on the job. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Comprehend and give correct written instructions. Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/SKILLS Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly. Make correct monetary change. Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Use motor coordination and hands/fingers to make precise movements with speed. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be 18 years of age. Must be positive, energetic, outgoing, a team player, and willing to learn. Responsible for shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for crew. Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability. Must pass a background check. Job Type: Full‑time. Salary: Starting at $42,000 plus bonus opportunities.
