CNC Set Up Technician

JOB TITLE: CNC Machinist
JOB DUTIES:• Safely perform all responsibilities with adherence to company policy
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Read engineering documents such as prints, routing, and process instructions
• Demonstrate ability to operate CNC lathes, mills, set-up and program
• Proper handling of measurement tools
• Consistently clock in and out of jobs correctly
• Perform side operations as required while CNC is running (e.g. deburring)
• Maintain all equipment in good operating condition
• Report discrepancies in job route times as soon as they are identified
• Maintain accurate shop floor control system information
• Fill out scrap report
• Maintain safe and clean work area
• Must have good attendance
• Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Understanding of Mazatrol programming Haas machine experience
• Ability to read drawings and effectively communicate
• Ability to accurately use measuring devices, operate equipment and make adjustments as needed
• Attention to detail with a capacity to evaluate information to determine compliance with standards
• Computer knowledge
• Walk and stand for entire shift
• Ability to lift 40 pounds unassisted Pay is based on experience and 2nd shift offers a $5/hr Shift Premium. #CelerityHires
