Activity Coordinator – Memory Care
Full-Time
Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00/hour
Oakmont of Novato | Novato, CA
At Oakmont of Novato, we believe every day is an opportunity to create joy, purpose, connection, and belonging in the lives of our residents.
As an Activity Coordinator in our Traditions Memory Care neighborhood, you have the opportunity to make those words come to life. Through music, art, movement, conversation, celebrations, outings, games, and simple moments of companionship, you will help residents living with dementia and Alzheimer’s continue to experience the things that make life meaningful.
This is more than planning activities. It’s creating moments that matter.
A favorite song can bring back a treasured memory. An art project can provide a sense of accomplishment. A walk outside can bring calm and comfort. A group activity can turn isolation into laughter and friendship. Sometimes, simply sitting beside someone and sharing a conversation can completely change their day.
The work you do may seem small in the moment—but to our residents and their families, its impact can be extraordinary.
If you are creative, compassionate, energetic, and looking for work that allows you to go home each day knowing you made someone’s life a little brighter, we would love to meet you.
