As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care of our patients and ensuring the highest level of quality and satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, and offers a competitive compensation package. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the care of patients on weekends, ensuring that all medical and non-medical needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Lead and mentor a team of RNs to deliver high-quality patient care, promote collaboration, and foster a positive work environment. Develop and implement patient care plans , incorporating input from multidisciplinary teams, and monitor patient progress to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care, including admissions, discharges, and transfers. Perform administrative tasks , such as charting, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives, to maintain accurate records and support continuous quality improvement. Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and company policies , maintaining a safe and respectful environment for patients, families, and staff.
